Pennsylvania Stated Income Mortgages - 660 credit score +

Are you self employed and have tax return that are not helpful for loan underwriting?

We understand the complexities of being self employed.

You might have a lot of expenses recently that reduced your profit.  These expenses might not continue.   The current year might be a lot better and you have not filed your taxes yet.  There are many reasons why your bank statements can help you be approved for more than your tax returns.

We can use your bank statements.

If you are self employed and have a credit score of at least 660, we can use your bank statements, rather than tax returns, to verify your income.  90% maximum LTV (10% down) with a 720 minimum credit score.  85% max LTV with a 660 minimum credit score.  Primary residence and second home options available.  $100,000 minimum loan amount.
