1) Application does not constitute a rate lock or commitment to lend.

2) Pennsylvania properties only.

3) A non-refundable $305 application fee is due.  Please call 866 577-PENN.  

4) After the application fee is paid and the application is submitted, you may request a rate lock. 

6)  Our fees for a PA conventional loan, purchase or refinance:

1. $305 application - as mentioned above
2. $250 appraisal - prior to closing
3. $795 loan fees due at closing
