1) Application does not constitute a rate lock or commitment to lend.

2) Pennsylvania properties only.

3) A non-refundable $35 credit report fee is due.  Please call 866 577-PENN.  

4) After the credit report fee is paid and the application is submitted, you may request a rate lock. 

5)  Our maximum fees for a PA conventional loan, purchase or refinance:

1. $435 application fee
2. No lock in fee
3. $995 Total Loan Fees due at closing
4. 3rd party fees that do not vary from lender to lender are title insurance, real estate taxes and escrows
